If you're looking for much less formal, just coffee and empanadas or pastries, First Village on Main St. (I'd say avoid the Westerly, just next to the Ossining station - it's very sports-bar-y, with lots of flatscreens, a ceiling waaay too high, and mediocre food at mediocre prices) It's a bit townie, but uncomplicated fare.
